The CTB9400 and CTB9500 are ideal temperature calibration baths for calibrating temperature probes without being limited by location. When performing calibration, the test thermometer and reference thermometer are inserted into the calibration bath under the same temperature conditions. After reaching a stable temperature, the displayed values are read, or the output signals are measured for comparison calibration with the standard thermometer. To minimize measurement uncertainty in this comparison calibration, a temperature control unit that maintains a uniform temperature distribution and constant temperature within the calibration range is required, and this temperature calibration bath meets that requirement. The medium used in the liquid chamber is silicone oil, which has high thermal conductivity, low viscosity, is inert over a wide temperature range, has low vapor pressure, is resistant to chemical decomposition, and is difficult to ignite, ensuring a uniform temperature distribution.
